Order - Fill out the HCLM Uniform Order Form and hand into the HCLM office in person or email a completed  form to Joanne Wiltshire via uniforms@heritage.edu.au.

 

Payment - In person at the HCLM Uniform Shop using EFTPOS, Cash or electronically. Direct

 

Collecting Uniforms - Uniforms can be collected from the Uniform Shop on a Wednesday or Thursday or alternatively sent home with your child/children. Collection of uniforms is possible only after payment is made in full. Please contact the Uniform Shop if a different size is required.
